I am a Level 5 qualified Clinical Reflexologist and Reiki 2 attuned practitioner. I first experienced reiki and reflexology whilst working in a highly stressful corporate environment and suffering with severe anxiety. I immediately noticed positive results in terms of stress relief and improved sleep quality.
Recognising the profound impact these therapies can have on physical and mental health led me to a decsion to retrain and I love the fact that I can now play a role in enhancing other people's quality of life.
In the world of holistic therapy, growth and continued professional development is essential and I am constantly looking to enhance my skills and add to my expertise. I am fully insured and a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR).

What to expect
Your first session as a new client will start with an in-depth consultation and discussion regarding your reasons for booking a treatment. There will be some paperwork to complete and it is important that you share any details of current health conditions and medication, all of which will remain strictly confidential. The first treatment will be investigatory and if you choose to have further sessions, we'll develop a plan to meet your therapeutic goals. I'll provide you with additional aftercare advice following each session to ensure you get the best out of your treatment.
